Would like to recognize and honor Active Duty Air Force TSgt Michael Parker. Who is stationed in Tucson, Arizona as a Jet Engine Mechanic. This young man is a hero and fights for our country at a moments notice. He is a Husband and a Father to his 3 boys. What Michael gives to his sons, are direction, leadership, guidance, love and he believes in them. Michael currently has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Aeronautical Science. In theatre he has met the 1st Lady Mrs Bush. Has been a Military Combative Instructor.
As a Professional athlete Michael’s record stand at 11-7. They call him “War Monkey” where he has tons of War Monkey followers through all his Social Media Sites. He has fought fighters in UFC, WSOF, and has fought in Bellator Fighting Championships. He has fought in King of the Cage several times with a loss. He won a Title Belt for World Fighting Federation. Michael is a Head MMA Coach for APEX Mix Martial Arts where he mentors other young athletes. Michael has Co-Started a Judo Program at the Gym where he has been Promoted to Shodan in Judo by Coach Joey Boom Boom Rivera and the blessing from the Sensei Arizona Judo President Steve Owens. Michael mentors and coaches the youth programs. APEX is not only his gym it’s his family. Has also in competed in the Military Combative Tournament where he won his division.

Michael has given back to the Community on numerous occasions to such organizations such as Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Tucson. Michael has given back to the Diamond’s Children Hospital Cancer Unit. Michael has raised toys for tots for the less fortunate children during Holidays. Michael definitely is exemplary when it comes to giving back to the community.
My hope is that the Military and the Air Force recognizes TSgt Michael Parker for what he does outside the Cage as well as in the Cage as a Combative Professional Athlete and his Military Career.
