So as we begin 2014. For some people things are great, and for others it is difficult.

Had an employee crying to me today explaining she was having difficulty adjusting to new policies, but in reality it was more home life issues. I get it.

We all have money problems, we all have relationship problems.

None of us our perfect.

With that being said. In the words of Steve Jobs Former Apple CEO

“If it isn’t working for you change it. Make things right.

We only have one life. Make it as best as possible. ”
