This package is designed for athletes engaged in regular endurance work who are competing in triathlons of various distances.
We recommend a follow-up evaluation after 12 to 15 weeks of training to reset your training zones and review nutrition strategies. The follow-up evaluation is available for $150.
Intermediate Triathlete: $375
This package is designed for athletes who have been engaged in endurance training for more than one year and are competing in triathlons of various distances.
We recommend a follow-up evaluation after 12 to 15 weeks of training to reset your training zones and review nutrition strategies. The follow-up evaluation is available for $300.
Injury Free Triathlete: $375
This package is designed for someone who is competing in triathlons and is concerned with injury prevention.
We recommend a follow-up evaluation after 12 to 15 weeks of training to reset your training zones and review nutrition strategies. The follow-up evaluation is available for $300.
Competitive Triathlete: $500
This package is designed for athletes engaged in endurance training for more than one year, seeking to improve their running and cycling times in addition to preventing injuries.
We recommend a follow-up evaluation after twelve to fifteen weeks of training to reset your training zones and review nutrition strategies. This follow-up package is available for $400.

This package is designed for athletes who want information about their body composition and energy needs, and guidance about fueling for daily activities.
This package is designed for those who want to change their body composition, lose weight, or make permanent changes to their eating habits. Those wanting to focus on fueling for their sport can also benefit from this package. Sessions will focus on fueling before and after workout, fueling for training and competing, and hydration.
This package is designed to begin four to five months prior to a specific competitive event or the start of the sports season. It includes everything in the Advanced package plus a race nutrition plan with specific, customized performance nutrition guidance. If you log your food in an online program, the dietitian will review it weekly and provide suggestions and comments. It also includes unlimited email support with the dietitian.
